When you get the paddle boards, please check the package and signed after you sure there is no damage during transport. If package is damaged, please don’t sign and take some pictures as proof. So that we can ask for compensation from the shipping company. Then Inflate the goods and test, if it works well, just share with us some beautiful pictures from your side. If it doesn’t work well, please also takes some photos or video for us the know what’s the exactly problem and find out the solution. For small problem, we will give direction to help you repair it, for quality problem that makes you cannot use the inflatable, let’s negotiate and find out the best solution for both of us.
Inflatable Island with accessories will be packed in 90x48x28cm carton, standard foreign trade packing.
